The Therapist
My name is Georgia, a professional, fully insured, dedicated and friendly therapist. I started my journey in the fitness industry as a gym instructor teaching exercise classes over 13 years ago. I then completed my sports massage therapy and sports science qualifications shortly after teaching so that I could further help my clients with muscle recovery and injury prevention. Through my experience I generally believe deep tissue and sports massage is for everybody, not just gym goers and athletes. I am passionate about helping people and can't wait to start our journey to a better quality of life.
